One of the biggest problems that churches face today is Sunday morning christians. Are you a Sunday morning christian? Our God is worthy of our worship and our praise every single day and in every situation that we face.
We divide up our time like a pie chart. We give God an hour or so on Sunday. We give God the left over change out of our paycheck. We give time in prayer only when something terrible has happened and then we want His help. We should have God in every part of our life.
Colossians 3:16 tells us:
Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom
he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
Our lives should be filled with the message of Christ, every minute of every day. He is worthy of our worship and our praise every day, not just for a few minutes on Sunday morning.
Every Sunday, we should bring our worship with us to church not wait until we get in the church building to start worshipping.
How is your worship? Think about what Jesus has done for you and me. He died on the cross for the sin of the world. That is very worthy of my time, my praise, my worship and my very life.
